A few quick
questions.

đź‘‹ Hey! I'm Hector Kolonas and I'll be leading our upcoming workshop sessions.

To make the sessions as valuable as possible, we'd love your quick input ahead of time.

Why the homework?

With an organization the size of yours, the number of platforms, apps, layers, processes, tasks, databases, workflows, automations… etc etc we could dive into are almost endless.

Knowing what’s critical for each of you, means I can try get the most out of the day for each of you, your teams and your end-users.

1. Where are things breaking down today?

What are the top 1–2 frustrations in your day-to-day work when it comes to systems, data, or processes?
Think: things that slow you down, create confusion, or require workarounds.

2. Where are you doing manual or repetitive work?

What tasks do you find yourself repeating regularly that feel like they should be automated or streamlined?
Think: copying data, updating multiple systems, chasing information, etc.

3. Where are you “jumping between tools”?

Which workflows require you to switch between multiple systems or apps to get something done?
Bonus: What’s the task you’re trying to complete when this happens?

Optional (if you have a minute more)

What’s one thing that, if fixed, would make the biggest impact on your team or customers?

Shall we?

We look forward to chatting with you.
