So, it would totally make sense for the company that helps flex space businesses unblock their best people to have its very own AI-powered solution(s).
However, with so so (sooooo) many increasingly great AI tools, LLMs, and agents coming to market here’s how we’ve been addressing the question:
Firstly, we’ve seen that modular stacks (ie those made up of well-synchronized best-in-class solutions) consistently out-perform any monolithic (ie one company that builds “all the tools” into one system) implementations 10-to-1 in every metric that matters.
Modular stacks also cause far less technical debt, and significantly reduce vendor lock-in risks. Both of these contribute to the commercial real estate industry’s reputation of being left behind when it comes to adopting new technologies.
We firmly believe the same will hold true for AI-enabled solutions, with the best implementations seeing AI tools strategically added to modular tech and ops stacks.
The major difference is that with an AI-augmented stack, ensuring the efficient syncing of data across disconnected systems will no longer be “a nice to have”, but a critical building block for the success of any and all AI implementations.

Syncaroo does not have a “standalone” AI product.
We do have some AI tooling and functions built in (see below) but, when it comes to supporting flex space businesses and their teams:
We primarily focus on building and maintaining the “pipes” that congregate your live data exactly where you need it to be, so you can adopt any and all AI tools your team may need.
Do we use machine learning and AI tools to run our business, support yours, and improve the data flows you rely on us for?
